Au Pain Doré (Canada) and Kamps (Germany), two of the Group’s brands have recently introduced two coffee concepts. Consumed every day and at any time of day, coffee is more international than ever and is consumed in all its forms.
A Fairtrade-labelled coffee: for a committed café
Kamps (Germany) offers a Fairtrade-labelled coffee. This coffee comes from a Brazilian (APROD) cooperative that includes more than 50 small producers committed to high quality and sustainable coffee. It works for the protection of the environment, the rights of small producers and the long-term development of the region.
Kamps offers its customers a coffee with a tasty taste thanks to a gentle and long home roasting. In addition, Kamps also sells coffee beans and other coffee specialities. The project has started in 20 shops for a test run before a nationwide roll-out planned for 2021.

A locally roasted coffee to accompany the sweet break
Au Pain Doré, the Café-Bakery chain in Canada, has recently formed a local partnership for its range of coffees. They chose “Barista”, a Montreal roaster who shares our values: know-how, tradition and passion.
Au Pain Doré is pleased to offer quality local coffee. The teams have been trained by “Barista” in coffee expertise to provide our guests with the best possible experience.
